We believe pain doesn't make you broken. And survival isn't the same as healing. This practice exists because we know what it's like to be high-functioning and hollow. To mask. To manage. To minimize. To be praised for your strength while quietly unraveling.
We don't believe your symptoms are the full story. We believe your body is telling the truth — even when no one's listening. We believe burnout is grief. Anxiety is adaptation. And "being too much" is often a sign you've had to carry more than most.

But more importantly, I'm a provider who sees the person behind the symptoms.
I started this practice for people who've tried to get help before and left feeling unheard, rushed, or reduced to a diagnosis. The ones who've done the therapy, tried the meds, and still felt like something was missing.
I listen like a therapist. Think like a psychiatrist. Show up like a human.
Because real care should feel like connection = thoughtful and honest. Clinical without being cold.
