This is a deep-dive, not a drive-thru.
We’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface — your symptoms, history, stressors, patterns, and what actually brought you here. You’ll get space to speak freely, ask questions, and feel heard without judgment.
We’ll talk through possible treatment options (meds, labs, therapy, referrals, or lifestyle changes), and work together to create a plan that feels right for you. This session also helps us decide if we’re the right fit for each other.
QBCheck ADHD Test
20 minutes
This is a computer-based task that objectively measures attention, impulsivity, & physical activity. Your results are compared to age-matched individuals with & without ADHD, giving us real data to support diagnosis, treatment planning, or to rule ADHD out.
This test isn’t a diagnostic tool by itself. You’ll need a full evaluation first and a follow-up session after to go over your results & update your treatment plan. Cash-pay only.
Routine Medication Follow Up
30 minutes
No rushed 5-minute check-ins here.
We’ll assess how treatment is going, talk through what’s working (or not), and adjust as needed. You’ll get space to ask questions and feel supported in making informed decisions about your care. Supportive therapy and education are included, depending on what you need that day.
Brief Med Check (Follow-Up)
15 minutes
For when things are stable and you just need quick touch-base care — med refills, minor adjustments, or brief check-ins between longer sessions. No fluff, no pressure, just straightforward support when things are steady.
A quick note about booking: Your appointment isn’t officially confirmed until we’ve received your completed intake paperwork. To hold your spot, please return your forms within 24 hours of booking — or same day if your request is for an appointment within 24 hours. Otherwise, we may need to release the time. A credit card is collected at the time of booking to finalize your request. This isn’t a full list of fees, and rates may change — but we’ll always keep you informed..
